Terms & Conditions
ASL's objective is to offer a flexible and professional service
to its clients. Terms and conditions are, therefore, few and subject
to agreement with individual clients.
Our fees are determined by the scale and nature of the work undertaken
and are calculated on a chargeable time basis. We ensure that
work is allocated to staff at an appropriate level. Target fees
are indicated to new clients on the understanding that if time
costs fall materially below or above the target figure the client
will be advised accordingly.
Fee invoices are normally raised on a monthly or quarterly basis
in arrears - with payment required within 15 days of invoice date.
All disbursements laid out on behalf of clients are subject to
reimbursement. All fees and disbursements are subject to the appropriate
rate of Value Added Tax.
