Full Management
Most of ASL's clients choose the "full management" option. At
the outset we agree a contract that sets out the core services
that we will supply for the organization. Typically these will
include;
maintaining the membership and contacts database.
invoicing subscriptions (dues) - and collecting and banking
the monies due.
preparing management accounts - and arranging a year end audit
or independent review.
arranging (and usually attending) board and committee meetings.
preparing agenda, minutes and other official papers.
answering the phone, email enquiries, web site referrals.
commissioning and/or delivering web sites, e-bulletins and publications.
arranging member mailings.
organising annual meetings or conferences.
preparing and executing recruitment campaigns.
implementing agreed policy
e.g. lobbying initiatives, education programmes etc.
working with the client to establish a strategic direction.
reporting back to client governing bodies on key performance
indicators (KPIs).
We provide a dedicated phone number for each client to ensure
we answer callers in the correct way. Client teams consist of
a minimum of two team members with an in depth knowledge of the
client and their activities - supported by other team members
with a good working knowledge of the client.
Full management clients do not normally directly employ any staff,
rent any offices or own their own office equipment. We take full
responsibility for providing a functioning administration working
to high standards to pre-agreed budgets.
